Good God's Urge was the second album from Porno for Pyros, a band that featured former Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell and drummer Stephen Perkins. Their self-titled debut toed the line between the funkier and moodier sounds of Jane, though didn't quite match up in either aspect.
