Ester Blenda Elisabet Nordström, född 31 mars 1891 i Stockholm, [1] död 15 oktober 1948 i Stockholm, [2] var en svensk journalist och författare. Nordström har kallats för Sveriges första undersökande reporter. [3]
Ester Blenda Elisabet Nordström (31 March 1891 – 15 October 1948) was a Swedish journalist, writer and explorer. She often published her writings under the signature Bansai. In 1914 she published En piga bland pigor which was an early form of investigative journalism and received a lot of attention.
ESTER BLENDA NORDSTRÖM (1891-1948) was Sweden’s first investigative journalist. At the age of 23 she went undercover as a maid and wrote a series of articles and a book about the hard life at a farm.
