21 de jun. de 2023 · 21 June 2023 at 10:09AM. E.ON Next - Next Loyalty Fixed v4 is a one year fix which has appeared in my online account today. My rates undercut the 1st July rates (based on the Ofgem Q3 price cap) which are also showing in my online account. There is also an exit fee of £75 per fuel to change supplier before the tariff end date.

And Eon Next's "Customer Service" department hours of operation for telephone contact are now Mon- Thurs (9-5) and Fri (9-4), so no chance of getting this issue resolved over the weekend. 12 de feb. de 2024 · EON are suggesting I move onto next secure fixed 24m v1 which has an exit fee of £150/fuel. My estimated usage is 2509 kwh for electricity and 18906 kwh for gas. My annual usage is calculated as £2061.26. I WAS going to be joining Martin's suggested tarrif pledge tracker which has £25 exit fee per fuel.
7 de nov. de 2022 · I’ve been asked by an elderly and confused contact of mine to look into the meaning of a letter she received recently from E-On, headed “Your electric meter has reached the end of its life – we need to replace it with a new one. (It’s free!)”. There is no indication in the letter as to how they have decided it is at the end of its life.

The previous owner was with Scottish Power for his energy (I have seen his last bill). We continued with Scottish power temporarily, and then we switched, the switch to Shell Energy took place middle of Feb.

According to their website, they are E.ON Next Energy Limited, Registered in England & Wales, No. 03782443. Companies House shows that that company has operated under a range of names since 4 June 1999.
20 de ene. de 2020 · On the Eon smart meter usability, it is probably the worst I've come across! (Hope theres someone from Eon looking at this). I'd like to be able to see my hourly usage, ideally a graph, but willing to put in the time to write down the numbers, as I want to make sure my main loads are coming on during the Economy7 period. Nope!
