Cantonian High School is an English-medium mixed 11-18 comprehensive school with a sixth form. There are currently over 900 pupils on roll; however, numbers are growing and it is the school’s intention to continue this growth over the coming years.
Three new build schools will be located on one site, becoming home to Cantonian High School, Riverbank School and Woodlands High School. The project will be the largest, in scale and investment, of Cardiff's education developments delivered under Cardiff Council and Welsh Government's Band B Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme.
Cantonian High School is an English-medium 11-18 community school maintained by Cardiff local authority. It is located in Fairwater and serves the surrounding area in the west of Cardiff, Wales. There are currently more than 1000 pupils on roll and the school is continually growing.
Providing consistently high standards of learning and teaching, which improve achievement across the curriculum, and all key stages. Developing a learning community that raises the status and value of education.
