My son is Theodore (Theo) and I love it soooo much! Elliot is a maybe fire a future boy. I like the idea of calling him “Ells” but not sure if it would actually play out like that! I also really like Simon, Calvin, and Franklin, but they all seem a little too Roosevelt/presidential/chipmunks to pair with our little guy!

I like that you included the nicknames. That’s an important part of naming a baby that a lot of people overlook. If the kid doesn’t come up with their own nickname, others will. I did choose names that could be shortened but I resisted the nicknames for the longest, until my son at peak toddlerhood insisted he go by a nickname that he picked.
