As an author Alan made his debut with a novel, Tommy's Tale, and in 2014 released a memoir Not My Father's Son, which became a #1 New York Times bestseller and the recipient of the Slightly Foxed Best First Biography Award, two Audible awards, an Audie award and a Lambda Literary award nomination.

Alan Cumming is beyond eclectic. His most recent projects include hosting (and slaying fashion-wise) the global cultural phenomenon The Traitors, creating a solo dance theatre piece about the Scottish bard Robert Burns, lip-synching the protagonist in a documentary and producing a podcast series about a sperm bank heist.

I have been to this event before, and many like it, but last night was particularly moving and inspiring and I’m sure it was because of the spectre of the election America is about to undergo in a week.
26 de may. de 2015 · Prague. My first full length feature film, Prague, was shot in the Czech Republic and also stars French actress Sandrine Bonnaire and Swiss actor Bruno Ganz. It was written and directed by a fellow Scot, Ian Sellar, and produced by yet another one, Christopher Young.
Currently Alan has two concert shows on tour! The first is a musical collaboration with the NPR host Ari Shapiro, entitled Och and Oy! - a considered cabaret. It had a ‘soft opening’ in Provincetown over Labor Day 2019 and still continues to tour.
