Elyes Cherif Gabel (/ ˈ ɛ l i ə s ɡ ə ˈ b ɛ l /; born 8 May 1983) is an English actor, musician and filmmaker. Gabel's global breakout role was portraying computer genius Walter O'Brien in the CBS series Scorpion (2014–2018).
