Amol (en persa: آمل , Âmol) es una ciudad de la provincia de Mazandarán (en Irán), situada a 72 metros sobre el nivel del mar a orillas del río Haraz, a 20 km al sur del mar Caspio y a 10 km al norte de los montes Elburz, con el monte Damavand a 50 km al sureste.
