Passing along a couple of my oil change tips - some just for the Maverick and some I've developed over the years. First, specific to the Maverick EcoBoost - I have a 24 Lariat w/ 4k tow, but believe all will be the same.

Hace 5 días · What I used: oil filter WIX 51348XP, oil filter wrench size 76mm, 5.5 quarts 5W-30 mobile 1 full synthetic motor oil, Socket size for drain plug: 15mm, T-30 bit for cover screws.

Every video tutorial I’m seeing has the drain plug being a 2 wrench style removal like the first picture but mine has a plastic twist cap.
Hace 4 días · So we have a 2022 Maverick Hybrid with 21k miles, and we had the oil changed as follows: 7k miles. 12k miles. 18k miles. Our oil life monitor is saying we have 1% life remaining, and it's barely been 3k miles since the last oil change.
