1 de dic. de 2023 · Groupe Savoie started in 1978 as a father-and-son venture in New Brunswick and now has over 600 employees and customers worldwide. It produces various products from hardwood, such as lumber, pallets, cabinets and ecological fuel.
Le président et chef de l’exploitation du Groupe Savoie à Saint-Quentin, Alain Bossé a confirmé que l’entreprise investira plus de 20 millions $ dans la construction d’une nouvelle usine pour le triage du bois. Il est d’avis que cette automatisation aura un impact direct sur la productivité.
