The Json Pack is giving a bad rom for it. You can not clear past the first stage. After you defeat the boss, it just stays in the "mission clear" screen and the Boss continuously explodes.

You need the new JSON pack, as the host of the ROMs has changed. The link in the OP is direct to the zip file containing the updated JSON files
