We know Hito Hito NO Mi, Model: Nika chooses its users. Thus, anyone who can carry the will of JoyBoy, is chosen by the fruit. This implies that Bonney might also be in some shape or form carrying the will of JoyBoy.

3 de nov. de 2023 · After reading chapter 1097, you can see Kuma had an incident on Sorbet Kingdom 22 years before the present and resulted in both Kuma and Ginny being imprisoned. Then they were rescued by the revolutionary army resulting in both being joining the revolutionaries. Then 8 years later (14 years before the present) Ginny gets captured by the marines.
1 - It's One Piece. Kid becoming freakishly strong and famous quickly isn't that weird for the manga in itself. 2 - Her crew isn't typical fishermen, and she is the daughter of Kuma, so... Who knows. 3 - Her fruits seems kinda stronger than just "age manipulation". Especially in what that last page implied.
After reading 1100 spoilers, I think Bonney will be the next strawhat. We can make a speculation that by end of the chapter Kuma will encounter Luffy in Foosha village (whether it's due to WG order to target luffy or by coincidence). I believe that they will actually meet and become friends.

It grows weaker with age. Not if Bonney has eternal youth. We know that the effects are temporary when used on other people, but not if used on the person who has eaten the fruit. Until we know more, it's possible that Bonney is capable of remaining at whatever age she chooses. It depends on your talent.
