Martin Belmont (born 21 December 1948) is an English rock and country-blues guitarist. [1] Life and career. Belmont was born in Bromley, Kent, England. After working as a roadie for Brinsley Schwarz, in 1972 he formed Ducks Deluxe, [2] issuing two albums on RCA.

Martin Belmont. British guitarist who plays acoustic & electric guitars plus six string bass guitar, and even the banjo on occasion. Born in 1948, his career started with London pub rock band "Ducks Deluxe" from 1972 to 1975 before becoming part of Graham Parker's backing band, "The Rumour".
