1 de nov. de 2006 · After stints at Savoy, Specialty and Ace Records, where he had his biggest hit "Those Lonely, Lonely Nights," Earl King was approached by producer Dave Bartholomew to sign with the Imperial label, home of New Orleans hit-machine Fats Domino.

17 de nov. de 2003 · That is the subject of a new complete exploration on Okra Tone/Rooster Records. Included on this retrospective are King’s Imperial hits “Come On (Parts 1 and 2)” (also known as “Let the Good Times Roll,” the motto of New Orleans), “Trick Bag” and “Always a First Time.”
