Albert Little Smokey Smothers Chicago blues credentials go back to the 1950s and include associations with Magic Sam, Howlin Wolf, Muddy Waters, Earl Hooker, Paul Butterfield and Elvin Bishop. However it was not until 1993 that Little Smokey got a chance to record an album of his own for the Dutch Black Magic label.

Little Smokey Smothers (January 2, 1939 – November 20, 2010) was a Chicago blues guitarist and singer. He played with the Paul Butterfield Blues Band and played with other Chicago blues musicians in the 1960s, then left music for most of the 1970s.
