Bill Ware, Biography. An accomplished, vibraphonist, composer, bassist and producer, Bill Ware studied classical marimba at Montclair State University and jazz at the Harlem Jazzmobile Workshop under the tutelage of Barry Harris.
Vibraphonist, composer, producer, and band leader. Bill Ware is known around the world as a master vibraphonist, performing for decades with his various ensembles, as a founding member of The Jazz Passengers and Groove Collective, and on tour with Steely Dan from 1993 – 1995.
