I have a feeling he might wanna turn the gang in a mafia-esque gang. I mean where do they obtain their income? It has be actually questionable means like drugs, illegal alcohol, biker shops, arms dealing.
In my big bro's time, there were tons of biker gangs around here. They'd rip through the city on their super-loud motorcycles. They were all bold as hell, fighting all the time, but they took care of their own problems.

I've watched 14 episodes and I don't understand what the Toman gang does. They are a biker gang, but do they only fight other gangs for fun? Do they sell drugs, run underground casinos, offer protection, etc...?
