21 de jul. de 2017 · Fundamentally, a sampler is a synthesizer that uses an audio file as its oscillator: load in a segment of audio (a sample), play MIDI notes up and down the keyboard, and the sampler will play back the sample at the desired musical pitch.

They are used for chemical analysis, quality testing, and microbiological testing in a variety of industries including pharma, biotech, food and agriculture, chemical, industrial, and healthcare.
Hybrid formats: A hybrid format is one that can reference RAM samples and samples indexed in ROM (e.g. a Kurzweil file that loads samples as well as uses the ROM banks.) The Chicken Systems Conversion Engine will convert the RAM sections but not the ROM sections.
