The Mansion is a four-bedroom mansion owned by music producer Rick Rubin in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Originally built in 1918, the house is famous for the successful bands who have recorded music there.
Originally built in 1918, this 10-bedroom villa has a long history including being the one-time home of Errol Flynn and having such notable musicians as Jimi Hendrix, Mick Jagger and David Bowie as guests. More recently Rick Rubin purchased the home and recorded a number of albums in a studio built into one of the mansion’s many rooms.
