Masayuki is masayuki, reincarnated rudra. he did gained back rudra memories in the future but he still acted like Masayuki. Personality wise, masayuki is not rudra but soul wise he is an incomplete rudra.
But if you really want to know then massive spoiler for you: Current Masayuki is a reincarnation of most of Rudras soul, which has been splintered into multiple fragments during (many) years of his continous reincarnation in many different worlds/timelines.
