24 de may. de 2019 · Después de su derrota, Austria adoptó la bandera que hoy en día sigue representando a la nación. La bandera con proporción de 2:3 consiste en tres franjas horizontales que en un orden descendente se presentan del siguiente modo: rojo-blanco-rojo.
Desde el 1 de mayo de 1945, la bandera de Austria actual es la que tiene tres franjas horizontales, de color rojo, blanco y rojo, con el blanco en el centro. Las franjas tienen la misma anchura. En caso de la bandera del Estado, se añade el escudo nacional en el centro.
