Move the tiles until every row and column shows only one of each of the five suits. As you move the tiles, their suits will change color to show if there are others like it in the same row or column.

If you somehow have v0.3.2 (and not v0.3.2.1), get this version as it hotfixes a game-breaking bug where Meredith's "Good Vibrations" scene won't fire under certain circumstances. Winter Event.
Walkthrough. Start by picking up the six items of clutter in your bedroom: Dirty Socks, Tennis Shoes, Trash Can (beside the computer desk), Collared Shirt (hanging from bed footboard), Underwear (dangling from bed frame), Partially open dresser drawer (far side of bed, under green telephone).
