David A. Greene arrived at Colby on July 1, 2014, as the College’s 20th president. The College is undergoing transformational change under his leadership. Through major investments to grow and diversify the faculty, the College has added new academic programs.
David Greene (born 1963) is the 20th President of Colby College, a liberal arts college in Waterville, Maine founded in 1813. Greene was installed as president on July 1, 2014, and succeeded William Adams, who had been president since 2000.
