Ottaplakkal Neelakandan Velu Kurup (known as O. N. V. Kurup; 27 May 1931 – 13 February 2016) was a Malayalam poet and lyricist from Kerala, India, who won the Jnanpith Award, the highest literary award in India for the year 2007.

എൻ. വി. കുറുപ്പ് (ജനനം: 27 മെയ് 1931, മരണം: 13 ഫെബ്രുവരി 2016). ഒ.എൻ.വി. എന്ന ചുരുക്കപേരിലുമറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. ഒറ്റപ്ലാക്കൽ നീലകണ്ഠൻ വേലു കുറുപ്പ് [1] [2] എന്നാണു പൂർണ്ണനാമം. 1982മുതൽ 1987വരെ കേന്ദ്രസാഹിത്യഅക്കാദമിയംഗമായിരുന്നു. കേരളകലാമണ്ഡലത്തിന്റെ ചെയർമാൻസ്ഥാനവും ഒ.എൻ.വി. വഹിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
