19 de sept. de 2021 · As a result, google was filtering them out and not even sending the emails to my spam folder. If you have gmail, go to your settings and look for the menu for "Filters and Blocked Addresses." In that menu, I was able to stop blocking activision emails. I'm experiencing the exact same issue.

5 de jun. de 2022 · Locked out of Activision account due to 2 Factor Authentication working. Over a year ago I changed phones and put the 2FA app from Google onto my new phone. I tried logging in to my Activision/CoD account and 2FA didn't work and none of the back-up codes worked. When this happened I tried Activision support but no one has got back to me.

When i got shadowbanned i submitted a ticket and they just say "they don't share that information with us". Useless. 11 de nov. de 2022 · Sadly Activision itself is completly unreachable for customer support, you will allways be redirected to their external callcenter who can't do anything. If Activision refuses to follow the law they deserve to be sanctioned. Customers have rights and they have to learn that.
18 de oct. de 2021 · I was able to still use Activision's POS site to link my accounts, though. I've been dealing with recovering my account for over 2 years. Activision continues to battle EA in this "my company is worse than your company" battle. SMH. I digress. Hopefully, this helps someone.
