Cathal Goulding (Irish: Cathal Ó Goillín; 2 January 1923 – 26 December 1998) was Chief of Staff of the Irish Republican Army and the Official IRA.

Cathal Goulding (1922-1998) fue jefe de gabinete del Ejército Republicano Irlandés (IRA) durante los 1960. Más tarde se convirtió en el líder de la IRA oficial. Goulding nació en East Arran Street, Dublín, y se crió en una familia católica con generaciones de participación en el republicanismo irlandés.
