Kathleen Goligher (born 1898) was an Irish spiritualist medium. Goligher was endorsed by engineer William Jackson Crawford who wrote three books about her. She was exposed as a fraud by physicist Edmund Edward Fournier d'Albe in 1921.

18 de feb. de 2023 · Kathleen Goligher (1898–) was an Irish medium. Goligher held séances in her own home with seven of her family members. The spiritualist William Jackson Crawford investigated Goligher and took various photographs of her ectoplasm , which he believed was genuine.
Kathleen Goligher. The Goligher family held séances in their home in Belfast in the 1920s. Investigations into the phenomena were carried out by an engineer, William Crawford. He claimed that Kathleen, one of the daughters, was able to produce ‘psychic rods’ of ectoplasm powerful enough to levitate a table.
The Goligher Circle was a Northern Irish Spiritualist group said to produce striking psychokinetic phenomena. William Crawford, a Belfast engineering lecturer, carried out experiments in sittings between 1916 and 1920 and published three books about his findings.
