Li Changchun (born February 1, 1944) is a retired Chinese politician and a former senior leader of the Chinese Communist Party. He served on the Politburo Standing Committee, the Communist Party's top leadership council, and as the top official in charge of propaganda, between 2002 and 2012.

Li Changchun (nacido el 1 de febrero de 1944) es un político chino jubilado y ex alto líder del Partido Comunista Chino. Sirvió en el Comité Permanente del Politburó, el máximo consejo de liderazgo del Partido Comunista, y como el principal funcionario a cargo de la propaganda, entre 2002 y 2012.
Li Changchun, de etnia han, nació en febrero de 1944 en la ciudad de Dalian en la provincia nororiental de Liaoning. Participó en el Partido Comunista de China (PCCh) en septiembre de 1965 y empezó a trabajar en septiembre de 1966.
