Thomas Lister, 4th Baron Ribblesdale (29 October 1854 – 21 October 1925) was a British Liberal politician.

It was created on 26 October 1797 for Thomas Lister, the former Member of Parliament for Clitheroe. His great-grandson (the title having descended from father to son), the fourth Baron, was a Liberal politician and served as Master of the Buckhounds from 1892 to 1895.

10 de abr. de 2010 · A century ago, Thomas Lister, fourth Baron Ribblesdale, introduced to his Gisburn estate a stock of sika deer whose ancestral haunts had been in Asia. Today, feral sika deer occupy parts of the Ribble Valley and Gisburn Forest, a Forestry Commission creation near Tosside. WR Mitchell, of Giggleswick, conducted a long-term field study of the deer.
