Alan Stuart Blinder (/ ˈ b l aɪ n d ər /, born October 14, 1945) is an American economics professor at Princeton University and is listed among the most influential economists in the world according to IDEAS/RePEc. He is a leading macro-economist, politically liberal, and a champion of Keynesian economics and policies.
