Robert Pete Williams (March 14, 1914 – December 31, 1980) was an American Louisiana blues musician. His music characteristically employed unconventional structures and guitar tunings, and his songs are often about the time he served in prison.

Williams was an inmate at Angola Prison when he was discovered by folklorists Harry Oster and Richard Allen. Their recordings of his freewheeling, improvisational blues pieces spawned a fruitful and expansive recording career, which Williams enjoyed until his death on December 31, 1980.
