Jeremy John Ratter, (South West London, Reino Unido, 8 de junio de 1943) más conocido como Penny Rimbaud es un escritor, filósofo, poeta, pintor músico y activista anarquista fundador de la banda pionera del anarcopunk Crass y la discográfica Crass Records.
Penny Rimbaud is a writer, poet, philosopher, painter, musician and activist. He was a co-founder of the anarchist punk band Crass and the Stonehenge Free Festival, and has published several books and records of his work.
Penny Rimbaud is a co-founder of Crass, a seminal anarchist punk band, and a performance poet, jazz musician and filmmaker. He also runs Dial House, an anarchist/pacifist open house in Essex, and has been involved in various avant-garde art groups.
