Lynn Crawford (born July 18, 1964) is a Canadian chef and television personality. She is known for her appearances on the Food Network show Restaurant Makeover, which is seen in over 16 countries worldwide.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and season well with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is lightly browned on all sides, 4 to 5 minutes total. (The turkey will not be cooked through.) Transfer the turkey to a large bowl.
