Nino Rota. (Milán, 1911 - Roma, 1979) Compositor italiano. Nieto del pianista y compositor Giovanni Rinaldi, en 1919 empezó a estudiar piano con su madre, y solfeo con A. Perlasco. En 1923 ingresó en el Conservatorio de Milán, donde fue alumno de Delachi, Orefice y Bas.
