Martin Hughes Nesbitt (born November 29, 1962) is an American businessman and public figure. Nesbit is co-CEO of the Vistria Group, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Nesbitt is on the boards of directors of publicly traded companies CenterPoint Energy, Norfolk Southern Corporation, and American Airlines Group.
Martin Nesbitt is a friend and former treasurer of President Obama and a co-founder of The Vistria Group. He also serves on the boards of several companies and organizations, including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago.
