Udo Kießling ist ein ehemaliger deutscher Eishockeyspieler. Mit 321b Einsätzen ist er Rekordnationalspieler der deutschen Herren-Nationalmannschaft. In der Saison 1981/82 spielte er auch ein NHL-Spiel für die Minnesota North Stars und war damit der erste deutschea Spieler in der NHL-Geschichte.
Udo Kießling (born 21 May 1955) is a German retired ice hockey player. He competed at all Winter Olympics from 1976 to 1992, thus becoming the first ice hockey player to compete at five Olympics. He represented West Germany at the 1984 Canada Cup.
Udo Kießling was one of the most remarkable German ice hockey players ever. The son of famous former national and club coach Gerhard Kießling, Udo was inducted into the German Hall of Fame for Ice Hockey and in 2000 into the International Hockey Hall of Fame.
