20 de dic. de 2018 · NEW YORK (AP) — Peter Masterson, the playwright, filmmaker and actor with a knack for farce and drama whether co-writing the Tony-winning musical “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas” or directing the movie adaptation of “The Trip to Bountiful,” has died.
Peter Masterson was an actor, writer, producer and director who adapted Larry L. King's article into a Broadway musical. He also wrote and directed The Trip to Bountiful, starring Geraldine Page, and was the father of three actors.
