Chow Yun-fat (en chino, 周润发; pinyin, Zhōu Rùnfā; Isla Lamma, Hong Kong, 18 de mayo de 1955) es uno de los actores más conocidos internacionalmente procedentes de Hong Kong junto con Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Tony Leung y Michelle Yeoh, entre otros. Famoso por participar en películas como Wò hǔ cáng lóng, Anna and the King y El monje, entre otras.
He mainly plays in drama films and has won three Hong Kong Film Awards for Best Actor and two Golden Horse Awards for Best Actor in Taiwan. Chow started his career in movies in 1976 with Goldig Films, the third largest film company at the time.
