Herbert Tsangtse Kwouk, OBE (Kwouk; / k w ɒ k /; Chinese: 郭弼; 18 July 1930 – 24 May 2016) was a British actor. He is perhaps best known for his role as Cato in the Pink Panther films.

Burt Kwouk (1930-2016) was a British actor of Chinese origin, best known for his role as Cato in the Pink Panther films and Mr Ling in Goldfinger. He also appeared in many other films, TV shows and plays, and died of cancer in 2016.
