1 de mar. de 1997 · While he certainly wrote a handful of enduring classics as a member of the Byrds, it’s surprising that Gene Clark has never been given the recognition for his solo work that the music so obviously deserves.
22 de ene. de 2019 · Edsel's This Byrd Has Flown (1995) stands as an admirable attempt to reintroduce/repackage the familiar Firebyrd material (remastered sound, new title, full notes, plus three previously unreleased tracks) in a respectful way. It was not perfect, but I think they had the right idea.

Absolutely love him. Roadrunner is a great album and I like the twofer CD with Speechless and Gagged and Bound. Another highlight is Just One Night where he plays with Clapton.
