Mandalaband es una banda mítica dentro del panorama del rock progresivo inglés. Fue creada en 1975 por el productor, compositor e ingeniero de los Strawberry Studios David Rohl, y desde entonces hasta el momento actual ha sido su líder. Mandalaband is a progressive rock band formed in England in 1974. The band is led by David Rohl who writes, arranges, mixes and produces their material. Rohl is also a controversial Egyptologist, once featured on the London Sunday Times front page with the caption "the real Indiana Jones".
MANDALABAND were a short-lived 70's creation of composer and producer David Rohl. The actual band was short-lived and produced only a single album; however, Rohl would subsequently incorporate the name into a multi-musician theme effort after the original group disbanded.
