Let Go is the third album by alternative rock band, Nada Surf. It was released on Barsuk in 2002. Reception. Let Go was met with generally favourable reviews from music critics. At Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream publications, the album received an average score of 80, based on 11 reviews. [1] .
Let Go. After T he Proximity Effect was dropped, we waited to get the rights back so that we could put it out ourselves. I got a job at the local record store. That time was a blessing. We went to the practice space a lot and listened to music or worked on songs, without a deadline and without anyone looking over our shoulders.

4 de feb. de 2003 · Fueled by the wistful throat, smart lyrics, and catchy hooks of front man Matthew Caws, Let Go is almost dangerously front-loaded with memorable tunes. "Inside of Love," "Happy Kid," "Blizzard of '77," and "Blonde on Blonde" are so great it can be hard to resist constantly replaying them and neglecting the rest of the album.
