Recorded live August 1975 at Kohrakuen Stadium, Tokyo. Not long after Johnny Thunders and Jerry Nolan split from the band in Florida, David Jo, Sylvain, 2nd bassist and unofficial 6th Doll Peter Jordan, future David Jo bandmember Machine, and Robison played a series of shows in Japan to fulfill a Dolls contractual obligation.

Sylvain and singer David Johansen were the last remaining members at the time the group broke up for the final time. After the first dissolution of the Dolls, he frequently played with Johansen on some of his solo records.
