Clement Anthony Bozewski (Nueva Jersey, Estados Unidos, 24 de noviembre de 1955), más conocido como Clem Burke (o Elvis Ramone por su breve paso por la banda de punk Ramones), es un músico estadounidense, principalmente conocido por ser miembro del grupo Blondie y su paso por The Romantics.
On October 8, 2004, he once again played under the name "Elvis Ramone", when he joined Tommy Ramone, C. J. Ramone, and Daniel Rey in the "Ramones Beat on Cancer" concert. He has recorded and played live with Wanda Jackson and Nancy Sinatra.
All of the surviving members of the Ramones – bassist C. J. Ramone (who replaced Dee Dee in 1989 and stayed with the band until its dissolution) and drummers Marky Ramone, Richie Ramone and Elvis Ramone – remain musically active. Recognition of the band's importance has built over the years.

Clem Burke has been a mainstay in Blondie’s lineup since he joined the icons in 1975 shortly after their formation, but, in a remarkable turn in his career, he was also part of The Ramones family going under the pseudonym of ‘Elvis Ramone’—even if it was just for two days only.
