George Frederick Douglas Pettit [1] (born October 2, 1982) is a Canadian musician best known as the lead vocalist of the post-hardcore band Alexisonfire. [2] He is also currently active as the vocalist of Dead Tired.

The band's members are George Pettit (vocals), Dallas Green (vocals, rhythm guitar, keyboards), Wade MacNeil (lead guitar, backing vocals), Chris Steele (bass) and Jordan Hastings (drums, percussion).
