Licence to Kill is a 1989 action-thriller film, the sixteenth in the James Bond series produced by Eon Productions, and the second and final film to star Timothy Dalton as the MI6 agent James Bond.
Malice teamed up with producer Max Norman for their sophomore album, License to Kill, released in 1987. Dave Mustaine and Dave Ellefson of Megadeth and Black 'n Blue 's Jaime St. James, Tommy Thayer and Jeff Warner provided backing vocals on two songs, "License to Kill" and "Chain Gang Woman."
In March, Megadeth's first world tour began in the U.K. Mustaine and Ellefson guested on the band Malice's License to Kill album. Megadeth re-recorded "These Boots" for the soundtrack to the film "Dudes", and that summer went on tour with Overkill and Necros.
Como dato simpático, deciros que en los coros de dos de los temas estuvieron Dave Mustaine y Dave Ellefson de Megadeth así como Jamie St. James y Tommy Thayer-¿os suena?- de Black‘n Blue. La conexión de ambas bandas con Malice es más clara que lo que a primera vista pueda parecer.
