Jimmie Lawrence Vaughan Jr. (born March 20, 1951) is an American blues rock guitarist and singer based in Austin, Texas. He is the older brother of the late Texas blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan.. Several notable blues guitarists have had a significant influence on Vaughan's playing style, including the "Three Kings" (Albert, Freddie, and B.B. King) and Johnny "Guitar" Watson.

1 Review. somanyroads Mar 30 2009. Doyle is father of Eric Clapton's guitar player Doyle Bramhall II. And Doyle was one of the best friend of Stevie Ray Vaughan. They wrote together a few famous SRV songs. On this album there's a lot of guests. Stevie Ray's brother Jimmie, son Stevie, Doyle's son, the Double Trouble, Smokin' Joe Kubek and so on.
