Isolation Party is an album by the American musician Tommy Keene. It was released in 1998 by Matador Records. It includes a cover version of Mission of Burma's "Einstein's Day".
The playing of Jay Bennett - another great musician who died too soon - must also be highlighted. His production, organ, melodic basslines, and numerous electric and acoustic guitar overdubs color the songs, and jibe well with Keene's own superb electric guitar playing and singing.

1 de mar. de 1998 · Guitarist Jay Bennett, who briefly guested on Keene’s last release, is all over this one (on bass, organ and guitar), while Jeff Tweedy adds backing vocals to a pair of songs. There’s no twang to be found here, but that hardly diminishes the significance of this underappreciated artist.
