richard earl is currently Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Mathematical Institute, Oxford, and a Tutor in Mathematics at Worcester College. From 2003 to 2013, he was Admissions Coordinator and Schools Liaison OfÞcer in the department and has more than a decade of experience setting the MAT (OxfordÕs Mathematics Admissions Test).
