Carl Baily Norris von Schirach (10 November 1873 – 11 July 1949) was a German-American theatre director and Nazi. A member of the Schirach family, Schirach was born in Wiesbaden to American parents, one of German descent. His mother died soon afterwards.

Carl von Schirach was born in Wiesbaden, but was an American citizen until joining the Prussian Army. He left the army in 1908 to become leader of the Weimar Court Theatre . He married Emma Middleton Lynah Tillou (1872–1944), who also belonged to a prominent Philadelphia family.

Carl married Emma Middleton Lynah Tillou (1872-1944) from Philadelphia. He was officer in the army and from 1909 to 1918 he was also the head of the Court Theatre in Weimar.
